When your order presents delays, before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left them your package.

If the address is correct and the package is not in the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at okanaone@gmail.com with your order number. If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may send your product back to you, but you will have to bear the costs.
Orders
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper, which has production and logistics centers around the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the closest center to the customers' final address.

Return policy
