You will be responsible for the products once they have been dispatched to the delivery address you provided at the time of ordering. We do not accept any responsibility in the event that you have provided an incorrect delivery address or if you are unable to collect the goods from the delivery address that you have specified. Although the risk of loss or damage of the products only passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address, the ownership of the products will pass to you no later than: a) the products have been sent by us; and b) that we receive the corresponding payment. Notwithstanding that the risk of loss or damage of the products is only transferred to you once the products have been delivered to the address provided for delivery, the ownership of the products will pass to you in the following cases: (a) the products we ship; and (b) that we receive payment in respect of them.

Please note that when goods are shipped from Guernsey, shipments that cross the border may be subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities. Payment can be made by any commonly accepted credit or debit card or also through your PayPal account. Payment will be due and charged to your account before the goods are shipped or the service is rendered. If the payment is to be made by credit card, a deposit of 0.01 euros will be charged to the card until the issuer of the card authorizes the payment.

If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to retry to process the payment within 48 hours. In the event that the payment is still not successful, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance of any future attempts to process the payment by sending an email to the address you have provided to us. If you do not want us to retry to process your payment, you must cancel your order in advance.

In the rare event that the price displayed on the checkout page is incorrect, and this fact is discovered before we accept your order, we are under no obligation to sell you those items at the incorrectly displayed price.
